Two layers: a critical path for Derived weak-field / cosmology claims, and parallel identity tracks that stay open without inventing numbers early.

Critical path (Derived claims)

Do not skip when asserting those claims

CRA — architecture & ledger

Every equation maps to a sector; material claims classified with evidence.

UVIR-001 → 003 — field sector

Condensate / preferred-frame / force completion. UVIR-003 is the current critical path; MAT-001 stays blocked until it passes.

MAT-001 — matter matching

Matter–phonon vertex from one action; \(C_{\mathrm{obs}}=C_m^{3/2}/\sqrt{C_{\mathrm{IR}}}\) matched, not assumed \(2/3\).

SCR / LEN · DISK

Screening, lensing/PPN constraints, periodic nonlinear sphere + disk solutions.

CBR-002 · COS / PERT

Driven anisotropy only with constitutive stress; coherent background and action-derived perturbations.

  • TOP-001 — topology / moduli

IR force-law policy

AQUAL-class deep-MOND structure is a Conditional IR baseline for honest fits. \(C_{\mathrm{obs}}\simeq 1\) is the default empirical hypothesis until MAT-001 computes otherwise. Dual \(a_0=cH_0/2\pi\) with \(C=2/3\) as RAR remains excluded.
