Present-epoch scale matching & \(C_{\mathrm{obs}}\) hygiene

Reconstruction / no-go note: circulation quantization and projector counting do not presently yield a geometric derivation of the MOND scale or \(C_{\mathrm{obs}}\). Derives the field-rescaling invariant \(C_{\mathrm{obs}}=C_m^{3/2}/\sqrt{C_{\mathrm{IR}}}\). Dual \(a_0=cH_0/2\pi\) with \(C=2/3\) conflicts with RAR normalization.

Anisotropic Casimir on rectangular \(T^3\)

Free massless scalar lattice stress validated; free-field biaxial backreaction yields only transient passages near \(H_t/H_p=13/12\) — no attractor. Does not claim Hubble resolution or galactic \(a_0\). ArXiv deferred pending endorsement.

Gate-structured falsifiers once observables are derived. No fixed NANOGrav nHz window or JWST IMF packaging as model-level predictions.

Fits with explicit \(a_0\), \(C_{\mathrm{obs}}\) choices and honest statistics — after DISK-001 + STAT-001. Never dual-normalization RAR.

Paper abstracts ban withdrawn packaging (quantized \(a_0\), free-field 13/12 attractor, doughnut \(T^3\), zero free parameters, etc.). That list bans abstract packaging, not research on underlying topics.

Archive policy (Master Plan §9 / §11)

Public Zenodo deposits should track papers, not every gate micro-slice. Gate numerics remain in GitHub until a manuscript freezes them. Cite P1 for hygiene / withdrawn shortcuts — never as “geometric invariants established.”
